1. 簡介

「Print Status Notifier」程式位於工作列上，透過監控作業（例如從裝置
（印表機或 MFP）執行的列印和傳真作業）來通知使用者有關該作業的狀態
資訊。

支援的操作系統如下：
  請參考附件 "Appendix1_OS_SupportInfo.txt".
  - 請使用該作業系統最新的版本
  - 依據作業系統不同,可能會有注意事項/限制.

網路環境：
  TCP/IP 協定應正確設定。 

其它需求：
    Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 (SP1以上版本)以及 .NET Framework 4.5 或以上版本*
    *需同時安裝兩個版本的.NET Framework
     .NET Framework版本可以透過控制台的[程式和功能]進行確認.

5. 版本確認程序

能夠檢察版本經由下述程序。

 1) 以滑鼠右鍵按一下工作列上的「Print Status Notifier」圖示，然後在出現的
    功能表中選取[關於]。
    訊息對話視窗呈現。
 2) 版本資訊是含在顯示的對話視窗內。

6. 被限制的功能/已知的限制

 6-1. 被限制的功能
      - 作業狀態因為使用 [定時傳送] 功能是不通知的。
      - 在 Windows Server 2003，需要對  "Administrators 群組" 或 
        "Performance Monitor Users 群組" 的認證中心。
        請依照 Windows Server 2003 輔助功能的細節 Performance Monitor Users 群組。
      - 假如 bizhub C200/C210 是用 PageScope EMS PlugIns 做管理，在您嘗試使用列印狀態通知進入 
        bizhub C200/C210，通訊上可能會產生失敗。
      - 需一些時間開啟,此時,請確認下述步驟           
           1) 開啟Internet Explorer
           2) 點選[工具]+[網際網路選項] 
           3) 點選[進階]並關閉下述設定
              "檢查伺服器認證是否被撤銷"
      - 當Windows Vista/Server 2008啟用"使用者帳戶控制:僅簽章有效"時,無法移除軟體        
        若要移除軟體,請先關閉"使用者帳戶控制:僅簽章有效"或點選"setup.exe"移除
      - 當於DSA型式建立裝置的SSL證書時,可能無法成功連接到裝置,此時,請於RSA型式建立證書
      - 當裝置的SSL加密強度設定為"AES-256",Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, 
        Windows Vista與Windows Server 2008無法連接到裝置,當使用這些作業系統時,請變更此設定
      - 列表機狀態通知在 Windows 不支援快速使用者切換功能。因此多位使用者不能同時應用。
        使用者誰已開始應用時祇能由那一位來使用它。
      - When firewall is enabled on the computer, 
        firewall might notify to register Print Status Notifier to the unblocked application list. 
        It is necessary to register Print Status Notifier to the unblocked list of firewall.
        Depending upon the firewall setting or any other reasons firewall might not show notification message. 
        In such case it is necessary to register Print Status Notifier to register Print Status Notifier 
        in the unblocked list of firewall manually.

 6-2. 已知的限制
      - 當自 Ver.2 執行更新安裝，許多檔案夾已在先前安裝的的版本裡是不能刪除的。
      - 如同 Pcfax 的作業型態，"列印" 或許會顯示。
      - When monitoring registered documents, colored or multiple documents
        may not be displayed in the “Monitoring Job List”.
        Please check “Job History” after completing monitoring.
