The following is a description of the modifications to the 5000V Host Module since 1.0.3.

Symptom:
Virtual Machine connected to 5000V may lose network connectivity after a Storage VMotion is performed on the VM.

Resolution:
The 5000V Host Module was incorrectly deleting and not restoring the forwarding table entry for the VM's MAC address after the Storage VMotion event. This issue has been fixed.
